  I had great success with Dr. Arnold, and my trust in her is complete, in terms of addressing my vision problems.  She may take a long time to examine one's eyes, however she is truly a master of her craft, not to mention that she is a talented artist. If you are looking for an eye specialist who knows what they are doing, I highly recommend Dr. Arnold.  She has been around for a very long time, is well respected in the medical community and does a thorough examination.  She may not have the personality one likes, but I am more interested in what she has to say about my vision, and not whether or not she does or does not "act like a friend." She also has a fantastic professional and friendly staff.  While the eye wear they sell may be a bit expensive, this is to be expected when purchasing eyeglasses from an eye doctor. Personally, I did buy a pair of glasses from her, and they are just perfect,as was the price. I might add that as an artist myself, Dr. Arnold's paintings are beautiful.

  People give reviews because of wait times? Don't believe it. I've been there several times. Always got in early. Office staff is great, and both they, and Dr. Arnold are as professional and it gets, despite what the other commenter posted. More than that, she actually cares!
